Massachusetts Senate Votes To Expand Protections For LGBTQ Parents

The Hill reports that Massachusetts’s Democratic-controlled Senate voted unanimously Tuesday to update the state’s parentage law, adding protections for LGBTQ families and children born through surrogacy and assisted reproduction that advocates say are long overdue.
