LGBTQNation reports that a trans Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent has filed a lawsuit against Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, alleging that the introduction of a policy preventing trans TSA officers from performing pat-downs constitutes sex discrimination.
