Iowa Lawmakers May Ban K-12 Teaching About Gender, Sexual Identity

The Iowa City Press-Citizen reports that Iowa’s public K-12 schools would be barred from teaching students about topics related to gender identity and sexual orientation at all grade levels under a bill expanding what critics have dubbed the state’s “Don’t Say Gay” law.
