Saloon Hosts Comedy Show

On July 25, comedian Scottie Romfo and his troupe are partnering with the Saloon on a unique show presenting diverse talent. Doors open at 6 PM, with entertainment running from 6:30-9 PM.

The event features Mistress of Ceremonies Pamela Holland-Mills; comics Romfo, Karen Bolander, Linda Aarons (from the University of Minnesota National Comedy Team), and Miss Tiffany Norton (producer of the Tone E Fly Morning Show on B96); and female impersonators Helen Back and Marnella.

Romfo has performed with the Imperial Court of Minnesota, as well as on the Stonewall Stage at the Twin Citiers Pride Festival. He also has appeared at the Acme Comedy Club in Minneapolis, Willy’s in Coon Rapids, and The Joke Joint in Bloomington.

Fire Bar & Grill Expands Hours

The Fire Bar & Grill at the Saloon now is open expanded hours: Thursday-Sunday, 5-10 PM. It offers fine dining at reasonable prices in an elegant ambience. Check the Saloon ad in the July 3 Lavender, which has a coupon for a buy-one, get-one entrée good through July 31.
