New Twin Cites Theater Company To Open

Margo Caprice Brazen Theatre Company (MCBTC)’s 2010 inaugural Twin Cities season—billed as “Busch, In Your Face: Charles Busch, that is… —offers Die Mommie Die, January 14-30; You Should Be So Lucky, March 11-27; Shanghai Moon, May 6-22; and The Lady In Question, July 8-24.

Caprice, a veteran stage actress with credits in New York as well as Europe, is Artistic Director of the new company.She will play all Busch roles, except You Should Be So Lucky, where MCBTC Managing Director Mark Hooker will portray the Busch role.

Auditions for the other roles will be November 5-7 for all four plays, with one to two Equity actors for each production, and the rest non-Equity with stipend.

Caprice and her husband, New York import/export entrepreneur Sebastian Sarkasian, will be in the Twin Cities in June for a concentrated venue search for MCBTC.
