There are now dozens of small breweries across Minnesota, with more popping up each year. Brewpubs in towns across the state serve handcrafted beer along with lunch and dinner, but the Minneapolis-St. Paul area is a hotbed of brewing activity. Summit Brewing Company (complete with tours and a tap room), may have been ahead of the game when it was founded in 1986, but check out these new breweries joining the ranks.
