Real Weddings: Peter Kennon and Brian Rood

Though Brian and Peter officially got married in Massachusetts, they decided to hold an additional ceremony in Minnesota with more family, more friends, and more flair. Wanting to have a wedding they would personally like to be guests at, the duo planned an atmospheric winter wedding full of food, humor, and tons of surprises–most notably with a butler passing out Taco Bell at midnight! The couple’s memories couldn’t be better.  Brian says, “it’s a cliché when couples say that their wedding was the best day of their lives. It’s even more absurd when couples say that everything was perfect. Yet, that’s how we like to remember that day with our friends and family.”
