Lake Street Dwelling’s builder, Lupe Development, serves a broad-spectrum of the urban housing audience. Their next two projects, part of same campus as Lake Street Dwelling, will position themselves to serve other socio-economic niches, as well.
The Lago is a new construction apartment building with 132-units consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms. The Lago’s apartments are not income limited and rents will be in the “middle market” range. This building is also amenities rich, including; rooftop deck and club room, fitness center, business center, conference room, underground parking, bike storage, a pet wash, and a dog run. The plans also call for a small retail component. The units will be stylishly finished with solid surface countertops, tiled backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, wood look spring 2021.
Breaking ground in Spring 2022, Lake Street Dwelling West will bookend the luxury build. With 95 income-limited units, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, Lake Street Dwelling West will have similar amenities as Lake Street Dwelling East, to include; club room, conference room, business center, fitness, pet wash, dog run, underground parking, and bike storage. This project will also include a small retail component. The unit finishes will be consistent with those found in Lake Street Dwelling East.
