U.S. Department of Education Opens Comments for Title IX Regulation Proposition; HRC Urges People to Comment Publicly

A proposed regulation including sexual orientation and gender identity to protected characteristics of Title IX from the U.S. Department of Education is now open for public comments. The Human Rights Campaign strongly urge the public to voice their opinions about how the change would positively impact students’ experiences in school.
