Target Mistakenly Replaces ‘Transgender’, ‘Queer’ With Asterisks On Book Descriptions On Website

The Star Tribune reports that a mistake attributed to an oversight at Target Corp.’s website operations resulted in a handful of words — including “transgender,” “queer” and “Nazi” — being stripped from some book descriptions on Target.com.
