Slovenia Court Legalizes Same Sex Marriage and Adoption

Jurist reports that the highest constitutional Slovenian authority deemed on Friday that the distinction between heterosexual and homosexual couples resulted in discrimination, which is incompatible with the Slovenian Constitution.
