School District That Removed LGBT Books From Library Hit With Civil Rights Investigation

The Washington Examiner reports that the Education Department is invoking Title IX in an investigation into a North Texas school district after its superintendent was secretly recorded telling librarians to remove any LGBT-themed library books from shelves.
