LGBTQNation reports that Russian president Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov defended Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov for his comments during an interview with HBO about gay people in which he once again denied the existence of gay people in the region and called them “devils” who are “for sale” and are “not people”.
