PayPal Withdraws Plan For Charlotte Expansion Over Discrimination Law

WSOC TV reports that PayPal announced plans two weeks ago to open a new global operations center in Charlotte, which would bring more than 400 skilled jobs to the area, but on Tuesday the company said they would be withdrawing those plans in lieu of the passing of House Bill 2.
