Park City Students Fight Online Filters For LGBTQ Searches

The Associated Press reports that Park City High School students googled ‘gay rights in Poland’ in a current issues class recently and found the phrase blocked by filtering software that prevents access to inappropriate content on school-issued computers; out of curiosity, they googled gay, lesbian, queer, and same sex marriage; all were blocked.
