Organizers expect attendance record for gay pride festival

 

WNBC, a Charlotte NBC affiliate, is reporting that Charlotte is flying the rainbow flag as tens of thousands of supporters attend the city’s annual gay pride festival and parade. Organizers say they are confident this year will break last year’s attendance record of 100,000.
