NBA Has Contingency Plans To Move All-Star Game From North Carolina

The Chicago Tribune reports that Commissioner Adam Silver said Thursday the NBA has not set a deadline on a decision to have the 2017 All-Star Game in Charlotte, North Carolina, or to move it elsewhere, but added the league has made contingency plans.
