National Guard Member Files Lawsuit After Being Kicked Out Of Donald Trump’s Military For Coming Out As Trans

Pink News reports that Blaire McIntyre, a member of the 101st Airborne Division who spent five years in the Michigan Army National Guard and is an Afghanistan veteran, has filed a lawsuit to fight being kicked out of Donald Trump’s military after she recently came out as trans.
