Kazakhstan Shuts Down Gay Propaganda Law

The Diplomat reports that yesterday news emerged that Kazakhstan’s Constitutional Court had quietly rejected a bill that would have banned “propaganda of homosexuality among minors” on grounds that it included vague language.
