Jacksonville Attorney Marrying Gay Couples For Free

The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that in response to Duval County ending courthouse weddings to, in part, avoid a ruling that made gay marriage legal statewide, a local attorney is offering to provide marriage services to same-sex couples for free.
