J.K. Rowling Had To Return A Civil Rights Award & Spouted Off More Transphobia While Doing It

LGBTQNation reports that Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling recently returned her Ripple of Hope award to the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights non-profit for social justice while defending herself against accusations of transphobia after Kerry Kennedy, president of the organization, expressed “profound disappointment” over Rowling’s anti-trans views.
