HIV-Positive Ottawa Man Guilty Of Attempted Murder

CBC News reports that a 31-year-old Ottawa man has been found guilty of three counts of attempted murder and three counts of aggravated sexual assault after failing to disclose his HIV-positive status to sex partners.
