General Mills CEO Gets Shareholders’ Questions Over Gay Marriage Stance

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports that the mood at General Mills Inc. annual meeting was upbeat as the company presented its 2012 results Monday in Minneapolis, but a few shareholders took issue with the food company’s decision to advocate against the Minnesota’s proposed constitutional amendment that would ban gay marriage.
