The Boston Globe reports that for medical doctor Thuan Nguyen, Vietnam’s trailblazing move among Southeast Asian countries to allow same-sex marriage – although not quite grant the couples full legal status – is enough to plan a wedding ceremony with his boyfriend of two years.
