Gay State Workers Would Be Protected From Employment Discrimination Under Newly Filed Louisiana Bill

The Times-Picayune reports that sexual orientation and gender identification would not be factors in state employment, according to an anti-discrimination bill filed Tuesday in Baton Rouge by state Representative Austin Badon, D-New Orleans.
