Gay Rights Activists Find New Hope As India Recognizes The Right To Privacy

PRI reports that in a landmark judgment in August, India’s highest court recognized the right to privacy as a fundamental right, a decision that will have a wide-ranging effect on other laws, as it overrules previous judgments contesting the right to privacy.
