Gay Marriage Ruling Puts EU Court At Center Of Fight Over Brussels’ Power

The Wall Street Journal reports that the European Union’s top court on Tuesday issued a landmark ruling that same-sex partners have the right to live in any country in the bloc, even those that don’t recognize gay marriage. The judgment is likely to deepen the discord between Brussels and socially conservative governments in Central and Eastern Europe.
