Gay Couple Working In Michigan Prison Sue Over Discrimination

The Detroit Free Press reports that two female corrections officers who are gay partners are suing the Michigan Department of Corrections for discrimination in a case that could test the scope of Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
