Gavin Newsom Vetoes Bill Requiring Custody Decisions Involve Affirming Children’s Gender Identity

The Advocate reports that California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, vetoed a bill on Friday that would have made judges ruling in child custody cases consider whether a child’s parents were affirming of the child’s gender identity.
