Eagan Soldier Becomes Highest-Ranking Openly Gay Woman In Minnesota National Guard

The Pioneer Press reports that during her promotion ceremony Stefanie K. Horvath reflected on how acceptance and hard work shaped her 30-year career in the Minnesota Army National Guard, and her promotion to brigadier general Tuesday makes Horvath the highest-ranking openly gay woman in the Minnesota National Guard.
