Cuomo Nominates Gay Judge To State’s Highest Court

Gay City News reports that Governor Andrew Cuomo has tapped out gay Judge Anthony “Tony” Cannataro to the New York State Court of Appeals, and if confirmed by the State Senate, he would become the second LGBTQ judge appointed to the state’s highest court.
