Connecticut Set To Have First Openly Gay State Supreme Court Chief Justice

The Hill reports that Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy (D) has nominated state Supreme Court Justice Andrew McDonald to become chief justice, which would make McDonald the first openly gay state chief justice in the country.
