Broward Judge To Rule On Florida’s Gay Marriage Ban And Lesbian’s Divorce

The Miami Herald reports that if Broward Circuit Judge Dale Cohen rules Monday to recognize lesbian Heather Brassner’s Vermont civil union and grant a divorce from her estranged partner, he will become the third South Florida judge in 18 days to declare Florida’s gay marriage ban unconstitutional.
