Bolivia – Transgender People Will Soon Be Able To Officially Change Names, Genders

GayStarNews reports that transgender people in Bolivia will soon be able to officially change their name, sex and gender on legal documents, Justice Minister Virginia Velasco Condori announced in a statement on November 25th.
