‘Big Gay Musical’ Creator Takes Own Life After Posting Suicide Note to Facebook

The Washington Post reports fans of “The Big Gay Musical” — a campy, cult film that tries to find peace between homosexuality and religion — received a shock earlier this week when its writer, co-director, and producer Fred M. Caruso posted a suicide note to the film’s Facebook page.
