Barnes & Noble Faces Restraining Order Over LGBT Books In Virginia

South Florida Gay News reports that attorney and State Delegate Tim Anderson and his client, Tommy Altman who is a congressional candidate in a district in Virginia Beach, said the Virginia Beach Circuit Court has found “probable cause” that two books are “obscene to unrestricted viewing by minors”, according to a Facebook post.
