ACLU To File Lawsuit To Force Michigan To Recognize 300 Gay Marriages

The Detroit News reports that the American Civil Liberties Union says it intends to file a lawsuit against the state of Michigan to legally recognize the 300 gay and lesbian couples married March 22, the day after U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman’s historic ruling that struck down the state’s ban on same-sex marriage and adoption.
