The Freedom to Marry Day Rally on February 12 at the State Capitol showed support for the marriage equality bill currently working its way through the Minnesota Legislature. The Marriage and Family Protection Act would make gender-neutral all Minnesota statutes dealing with marriage, allowing equal rights for same-sex couples in Minnesota. The Dollhouse is a lesbian lounge night that takes place the last Friday of every month. It’s a collaboration of outside promoters and The View, 2730 West Lake Street, Minneapolis.
